Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Completion of Unit Clerk or Medical Office assistant course. Experience scanning and transcribing referrals in Connect Care. Experience booking into complex scheduling templates in Connect Care. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands. Experience working collaboratively within members of a clerical team. Familiarity with incoming and outgoing RightFax functions. Excellent organizational skills and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and on the telephone.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to work effectively with members of a multidisciplinary team. Minimum 2 years full-time experience working in an ambulatory, pediatric setting.
