Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated accuracy and proficiency with advanced computer and keyboarding skills; minimum 60 wpm required (test will be administered). Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with speciality in Word, Excel, Outlook Calendar (test will be administered). Familiarity with Oracle platforms, Workforce ESP (liaison trained) training will be provided, ePeople, IAM, RMS and MS Teams. Fluency in Collective Agreement interpretation. Familiarity with community-based health programs operations and ability to work collaboratively with home care managers and staff is a must. Exercise judgment, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. 3-5 years' experience in a progressively responsible clerical position within a health care industry is a must. Previous experience working in a capacity of providing direct support to management staff is required. Must be capable of sitting or standing for long periods of time.
