Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of some post-secondary education (e.g., course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant). Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Additional required: 1-2 years’ experience in an Addiction and Mental Health Adult Outpatient Clinic setting (front-facing). Trained and proficient in Connect Care Ambulatory Clerk/Schegistrar role. Excellent knowledge and skill of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Equivalent typing speed of 60/wpm.
Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team setting and be self-directed, innovative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. An understanding and sensitivity to the confidential nature of the information received and communicated is required.
