Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction by showing a high level of tact and diplomacy while maintaining absolute confidentiality. Ability to exercise judgment, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential issues. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Must possess excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast paced, high demand, challenging environment with shifting priorities. Ability to work independently as well as in a team structure. Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of AHS systems and processes is an asset. Knowledge of e-People and RMS System.
