Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields.

Additional Required Qualifications:

MOA/ Unit Clerk certificate or equivalent required. Clinibase, Millennium Scheduler and SCM training & experience required. Recent experience working in an outpatient clinic setting (minimum 1 year, 1.0 FTE in the last 3 years). Experience with booking appointments/tests/procedures for patients required (minimum 1 year in the last 3 years). Excellent interpersonal skills required. Excellent communication skills required. Must be able to work in a physically challenging environment: constantly walking, lifting and bending if necessary. Must have excellent English language skills. Must be able to successfully manage a busy fast paced ambulatory clinic workload.
