Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields.
Additional Required Qualifications:Post-secondary education required (e.g. courses in Office Administration, Business Administration). Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible secretarial experience; preferably in a community health setting. Intermediate/advanced experience in a Windows-based PC environment, including knowledge of computer technolgy and applications (including but not limited to Word, Access, Excel, Powerpoint, e-mail/internet and intranet applications). Experience working within a high-volume, time-intensive organization. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work well in a team environment, both locally and across the North Zone. Ability to make sound judgment decisions, including proven experience in successful issue resolution. English language skills in reading, writing, and oral communication required, including proven formatting, grammar, and proofreading skills. Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks and to formulate decisions in areas of responsibility. Proven commitment to customer satisfaction.
