Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields.

Additional Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Post-secondary education (e.g. Office Administration, Unit Clerk, Medical Office Assistant or Business Administration Diploma) required. Proficiency with Accuro Electronic Medical Record required. Proficiency in verbal and written English required. 3 years of experience as an Admin IV in a health related clinic setting required (within the last 5 years). Proficiency with, Millennium, Net Care and Clinibase required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated proficiency with software programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point, and Microsoft outlook preferred. University Education preferred. 1 year of experience in an ambulatory orthopedic/surgical setting preferred. 1 year experience with Bone and Joint Clinics, SHC, preferred.
