Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields.

Additional Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, demonstrate professional image, exceptional customer service ability and have excellent communication skills, be a strong team player, adaptable and be flexible in a dynamic and changing environment. Proficiency in various computer applications including word processing, excel, data entry, spreadsheets, email and Internet access are required. The Administrative Support IV is required to pack, lift, move, and transport heavy and/or awkward supplies to various work sites. Service delivery may require walking several blocks and climbing several flights of stairs, awkward and repetitive movements, sitting, standing, and/or bending for long periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications:

Successful completion of a post-secondary secretarial or administrative support certificate from an approved business school/college is preferred. Meditech training preferred.
