Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).
Additional Required Qualifications:Demonstrated knowledge of continuing care programs and services, to be able to identify and remediate clinical data-related issues. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience working with the Meditech clinical information system and Alberta Continuing Care Information System. Demonstrated experience remediating large volumes of data and working with a variety of clinical and managerial stakeholders to achieve same. Advanced MS-Excel skills. This position requires long periods of viewing and working with large data sets. Advanced focus and error identification skills are required.
