Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years related administrative experience in a similar setting is required, including minute-taking and calendar management. Preference may be given to candidates with communicable disease experience. Advanced/intermediate knowledge of computer technology and applications including but not limited to: MS Suite, including Access, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Visio, OneNote, and PowerPoint are essential. Excellent organizational and time management skills are required. The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality is required. The ability to work individually, and as a strong team player with strong interpersonal skills is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SharePoint is preferred. Experience with in-house databases such as Netcare, CDOM, and Meditech is preferred. Experience or training using medical terminology. Experience working in CDC, Public Health.
