Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

A certificate in Office Administration, Volunteer Management or similar human service field is required. Exceptional communication skills, problem solving skills, and experience facilitating education and training to small and large groups is required. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Strong track record in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. General knowledge of client group/ functions supported and the standards, policies and procedures. Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a volunteer service environment. Volunteer Management Professionals of Canada membership is preferred. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
