Your Opportunity:

The focus of this position includes all administrative duties. Must have the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast paced and multi-task environment. Effective communication skills and a great team spirit are a must. Candidate will ensuring the timely and accurate scheduling of client services, along with scheduling of other co-workers and nursing staff. This position must be able to deal with high volumes and specific departmental and client needs while meeting daily deadlines and managing multiple schedules. Candidate will show integrity and confidence working independently and will need to possess strong interpersonal skills in dealing with the public and staff. The successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness and ability to adapt to new situations and continuous change.


As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times is required. Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Individual with an Office Administration or Business Administration Certificate and/or with applicable experience is preferred. Demonstrated courteous telephone manners and familiarity with the community-based health programs is preferred. Ability to learn new computer programs.
