Your Opportunity:

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program. The Administrative Support III is a working level position with a moderate amount of relevant work experience that supports an office. Working under limited guidance and direction the Administrative Support III utilizes developed skills to carry out a diverse set of activities. One of the focuses of this position includes all administrative and reception duties for administration. Must have the ability to work independently and effectively in a face paced and multi-task environment. Effective Communication skills and a great team spirit are a must. Candidate will show integrity and confidence working independently and will need to possess strong interpersonal skills in dealing with the public and staff. The successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness and ability to adapt to new situations and continuous change.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times is required. Office administration or Business administration certificate. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times is required. Must be willing to learn new data systems as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated courteous telephone manners and familiarity with the community-based health program is an asset. Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Connect Care is an asset.
