Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Two years recent experience (within 3 years) in an office environment is required, medical office experience is preferred. Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Word) are required. Experience in E-Clinician and/or NetCare/PD is required. Accurate keyboarding skills are required. Excellent communication skills, strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required. Note: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a two part skills assessment tests at various times throughout the competition. Only those who pass with a combined mark of 80% or higher will be considered further.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Meditech and/or Connect Care is preferred. Must be physically able to lift up to 30lbs. Must be able to perform repetitive motions for long periods of time. Must be physically able to sit, stand and bend for long periods of time. Must excel in a busy environment.
