Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Recent experience handling calls, complaints, and service requests related to the Public Health Act and its Regulations. Recent experience with Genesys Cloud, switchboard or similar systems. Understanding and ability to describe the scope of Safe Healthy Environments' services and programs. Experience with the Environmental Public Health Information System (EPHIS), Microsoft Dynamics or similar client relationship management (CRM) system. Ability to type at least 30 words per minute. Attention to detail. Client focused. Demonstrated customer service and people skills. Accurate data entry skills and abilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication. Exceptional listening abilities, especially for difficult to understand or English as a second language speakers. History of demonstrated professionalism in a fast-paced environment. History of demonstrated ongoing professional and personal development. Demonstrable proficiencies with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications:Two or more years of experience handling calls, complaints, and service requests related to the Public Health Act and its Regulations. One or more years of experience using EPHIS. One or more years of experience with Genesys Cloud.Recent experience working with diverse client populations, including young families, seniors, and new Canadians. Recent experience applying information legislation such as the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Health Information Act, etc.
