Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Medical Terminology is required. Proficient keyboard skills and able to type 40 wpm. Two to three years’ direct experience in an administrative support role in a primary care clinic. Excellent planning, organization, time management and customer skills are required. The ability to work independently, prioritize workload and communicate in a cooperative, respectful manner in a team atmosphere are essential. Required to have eCLINICIAN with full functionality of how the EMR works. Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Demonstrate proficiency in the English language, both written and oral required.
