Your Opportunity:
Acts as the primary front desk contact for Onoway Community Health, answering and directing incoming calls for all departments. Responsibilities include greeting and registering patients for scheduled appointments, including lab appointments, and ensuring accurate and efficient client registration and service.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Connect Care.
Preferred Qualifications:Healthcare reception or administrative experience preferred. Experience with patient registration, appointment scheduling, and laboratory bookings. Strong customer service, communication, and telephone skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and maintain confidentiality in healthcare setting.
