Administrative Support III
Your Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our busy Outpatient Department team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, takes pride in providing exceptional patient service, and thrives on coordinating multiple priorities. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting the delivery of outpatient services, with a primary focus on coordinating and scheduling Electroencephalogram (EEG) appointments. You will be the first point of contact for many patients throughout the booking process, helping to ensure they receive clear information, timely communication, and a positive experience from referral through to their appointment. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with patients, physicians, clinical staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate appointments, manage referrals, maintain accurate patient information, and support the efficient flow of services within the department. In addition to EEG scheduling responsibilities, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to physicians and clinical teams within the main Outpatient Department. This may include coordinating clinic schedules, managing incoming referrals and communications, preparing and maintaining documentation, responding to patient and provider inquiries, and assisting with the day-to-day administrative operations of the department.
