Administrative Support III
Your Opportunity:
The Administrative Support III is a working level position with a moderate amount of relevant work experience that supports a department, program, or office. Working under limited guidance and direction the Administrative Support III utilizes developed skills to carry out a diverse set of activities. Key Responsibilities Schedule a variety of appointments according to procedures. Manage physician referrals received into the computerized system and properly process them according to procedure. This will be done in conjunction with other booking clerks, Ambulatory Care Clinical Coordinator and manager. Work well under pressure, have problem solving skills, is organized and able to manage time. Maintains optimization of clinics, to ensure that they are booked fully. Other duties as needed.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Medical Office Assistant. Medical Terminology. Previous recent experience in an ambulatory care setting booking patients within the past 1 year.
