Administrative Support III
Your Opportunity:
The successful applicant of the Administrative Support III position available will be primarily supporting the fast-paced orthopedic hip and Knee replacement program but will also be supporting the other multi-disciplinary programs (such as the chronic pain and Breathe Easy programs) that are based out of the MSK Clinic, located within the Smith Clinic at the Duggan Mall, Camrose. This individual will be responsible for arranging and booking patient appointments, general reception duties, working closely with the orthopedic surgeon and their office staff, managing office inventory, and assisting the team with program preparation. The successful candidate must be organized, efficient, dependable, a quick learner and able to communicate well and problem solve. Attention to detail is a must. The successful applicant will require proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel.) Experience with Connect Care is preferred.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Office administration experience required. Highly developed organizational skills required. Effective communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to work in a busy clinic environment under minimal supervision. Skilled in computer use, must be detail oriented, and have good time management skills. Must have experience in use of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:Proficiency in use of connect care for registration and scheduling preferred.
