Administrative Support III
Your Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity exists to join the Allied Health Stroke Early Supported Discharge and Outpatient Teams at the Red Deer Regional Hospital and 5010 building in Red Deer. The successful candidate will work collaboratively as an Administrative Assistant to the Stroke Early Supported Discharge and Outpatient teams to provide clerical support. Reporting to the Team Lead and the Allied Health Area Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and booking patient appointments, assisting the team with program preparation and general reception duties.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Diploma in Administrative Support from an accredited post-secondary institution. Minimum of 3 years of work experience as an Administrative Assistant. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) and Microsoft Teams.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Connect Care and the Epic platform is desirable.
