Administrative Support III
Your Opportunity:
Are you a dynamic administrator who possess a well-established understanding of AHS time keeping processes & Policies & AUPE GSS CA provisions & NUEE Terms and Conditions? Reporting directly to the NZ PS ED, this Administrative III provides vital support to multiple sites within the PS Provincial portfolio. This position uses the e-People time entry software application proficiently & works within established time management deadlines to complete complex & sometimes urgent time entry tasks within short timelines in a busy, high-pressure environment. Attention to detail will be crucial as you ensure that employee hours are entered concisely & appropriately, & payroll data is captured in accordance with AHS policies, procedures, & collective agreement provisions. The key responsibilities will include interpreting time sheets for shifts worked ranging from regular days, vacation coverage, leave of absence & illness & applying premiums & differentials while anticipating staffing needs & informing the management team of any gaps requiring attention. Leveraging accomplished, technical & interpersonal communication skills you will provide outstanding customer service to our valued AHS team, while adapting to frequent interruptions & shifting priorities. The ideal candidate will develop trusted relationships and establish effective interdisciplinary communication & prioritize with a team focused mindset.
