Your Opportunity:

This position provides essential clerical support to meet program and service delivery requirements at the Healthy Living Centre in Camrose. The role supports a variety of services, including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, Cardiac Rehabilitation, and other programs at the site. A high level of professionalism and competency is required to effectively interact with the public and respond to internal requests. Key responsibilities include performing general office duties, data entry, clerical support, and timekeeping functions. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the clinic while delivering excellent service to patients, clinicians, and staff.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Office administration experience is required. Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centred approach. Proficiency with computer systems and standard office software. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting rehab staff. Familiarity with Connect Care scheduling and registration.
