Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Answering main phone calls, book appointments and manage referrals to Home Care office. Provide support with Connect Care functions within Home Care, including scheduling client appointments, managing work queues, and enrolling staff for role assignments and required education. Enter client service authorizations in Rover/Epic and manage client schedule. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new staff, including ongoing tracking completion of required training and education. Maintain accurate payroll and timekeeping entries. Update and coordinate staff scheduling, including coverage for sick calls, vacation, and education leave. Manage fleet vehicles and maintain up-to-date staff fleet information records. Order and oversee inventory of office supplies, wound vacs and Ambulatory Clinic supplies. Additional duties to assist with everyday operations of a rural home care office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in rural home care in the North Zone.
