Administrative Support III
Your Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Housing Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing department correspondence, maintaining housing unit package information and provide broad administrative support across the housing department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities include Receive, track and process all departmental correspondence Draft, edit and format agreements, letters, memos and reports Maintain and update housing unit package information Ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation and records Provide administrative support across the housing department as required Collaborate professionally with internal and external stakeholders The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work cooperatively and professionally with clients, nursing staff, physicians and other team members. Strong organizational and prioritization abilities are essential, along with demonstrated record of reliability, strong attendance and positive employment references. Proven initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Fort McMurray Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $12,480. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.
