Administrative Support III
Your Opportunity:
Under minimal supervision the Clerk III is responsible for a wide range of clerical tasks including, but not limited to: staff scheduling, month-end reports, payroll, data entry, food & supply requisitions and maintenance work requisitions. This multi-faceted position supports site food services operations and reports directly to the site manager and/or supervisor(s). The incumbent may also be required to maintain site master menus, receive and code invoices, and assist with menu updates demonstrate initiative work independently apply critical thinking skills and effective interpersonal skills

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Preference will be given to those with post-secondary administrative assistant/clerical education or education in related field. Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Knowledge of record keeping and basic financial procedures. Minimum of 1 year experience in related commercial or healthcare food service environment. Minimum of 2 years computer experience required working with Microsoft systems. Strong knowledge of administrative support/clerical functions with accuracy and attention to detail. Must have well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Supports professional and respectful relationship with all staff, public and outside suppliers. Must be proficient in basic mathematical skills to support accurate invoice and credits reconciliation, inventory maintenance etc.
