Your Opportunity:

Reporting to North Zone Population and Public Health Area Manager, the Administrative Support III is the initial contact for community health clients and provides ongoing support in the framework of a positive lifetime relationship with public health.  The Administrative Support III is responsible for performing reception, registration, and appointment booking functions; operating the switchboard, maintaining health records and processing care visit documentation; maintaining integrity of health records databases.  Other clerical duties to support a range of programs and services provided in the Public Health Centre. Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Connect Care
