Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Post-secondary courses related to office or clerical work required. Minimum one (1) years’ experience within the last three (3) years in a healthcare setting. Computer proficiency with complex programs and databases. Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Timekeeping and scheduling experience.
Preferred Qualifications:Courses related to healthcare, databases and/or computers would be an asset. Minimum 1 year within the past 3 years’ experience in an STI Clinic or sexual health setting. Knowledge of sexually transmitted infections & blood borne pathogens. Experience working with health professionals & the public. Experience with high volumes of data entry, databases, working with laboratory reports & medical forms. Experience & knowledge of Indigenous communities & harm reduction.
