Administrative Support III
Your Opportunity:
This is a casual position reporting to the designated manager and is responsible for providing administrative support to the clinical staff and physicians of Community Mental Health and Addiction. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with all programs and services, maintain positive, professional, cooperative relationships with internal and external programs, services, and clients while maintaining confidentiality of information. Duties may include scheduling clients, meetings, computer processing of all types of documents, data entry, incoming and outgoing mail management, health records management, receiving visitors and reception functions. This can include attending to clients, ordering supplies, managing building maintenance requests as well as performing other related duties. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024. Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Diploma from a recognized Office/Business Administration Program. 2 – 3 years of clerical experience in an organization of significant size and complexity with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Keyboarding of 50 wpm desired. Medical terminology would be an asset. Switchboard experience would be an asset.
