Your Opportunity:

As part of the Administrative Support team, you will provide support to clinical staff and assist in day-to-day operations and coordination of the office. These duties include the ability to manage and prioritize Admin duties, communicate effectively and possess strong computer and word processing skills. In accordance with Health Information Act (HIA), Freedom of Information and Privacy (FOIP) and other privacy legislation in effect the incumbent shall comply at all times with APL / AHS’s Information Privacy and Information Security policies. Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience in a busy office setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience and knowledge with Connect Care is preferred.
