Your Opportunity:

The Food, Linen & Environmental Services (FLES) team is seeking a motivated, innovative, and detail-orientated Administrative Support III to join our dynamic team. This part-time position is based at CCMHA and will provide administrative support to the FLES supervisors and manager across our three Claresholm sites. As a key team member, the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys administrative tasks, and is an excellent team player. The role requires someone who can work independently, handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities with short deadlines, and exercise sound judgment and discretion, particularly in dealing with confidential matters. Under minimal supervision this position performs a wide range of clerical tasks including but not limited to staff scheduling including calling and replacing staff absences, month-end reports, payroll entry, data entry, food & supply requisitions, maintain site master menus, receive and code invoices, manage deposits, coin orders and cash floats, and assists with system upgrades or maintenance as requested. Must be physically capable to walk between the two departments throughout the shift and capable to lift, push and pull with up to 22lbs of force. Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 and equivalent experience will be considered. Minimum of Three (3) years of related experience in progressively responsible administrative support positions, the last 5 years. Solid verbal and writing and editing English communication skills. Proven record of proactiveness and dependability, timely follow through and responsive communication and action in response to queries. Proficiency in computer skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook Calendar, Adobe, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint). Computer skill test administrated at interview. Must be accurate & detail orientated, experienced in high volume staff scheduling, timekeeping and payroll in a unionized environment. Ability to handle stressful situations, strong organizational/time management, problem-solving & analytical skills. Ability to perform repetitive movements, prolonged sitting for the duration of your shift as well as ability to walk back and forth between both departments throughout your shift. Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Food, Linen & Environmental Services duties. Current knowledge of AUPE collective agreement and pay codes. Customer service experience. Food, Linen, Environmental Services leadership experience such as a working leader, shift lead or equivalent preferred.
