Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Administrative Support III position is responsible for carrying out clerical and administrative tasks to support the Athabasca Addiction and Mental Health Clinic. Your main duties may involve scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, completing patient registrations, processing referrals, and validating and inputting data in the EMR. Additionally, you may assist with generating reports and various documents and correspondence, as well as helping with a variety of general clerical activities to support operations. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024. Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Must be able to embrace change. Must be motivated, selfdirected, and able to prioritize competing tasks. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Microsoft programs. Basic knowledge of e-people, Oracle, and Connect Care.
