Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

The incumbent for the Administrative Support III position will possess comprehensive practical working knowledge of various Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Proficiency in MS Teams and Zoom for virtual meetings is also required. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, adaptability to different software systems, and the ability to efficiently manage digital communication and documentation. Comfort with multitasking, prioritizing, and flexibility in the face of frequent interruptions. The successful candidate will have completed training for Connect Care: Clerk/Admin and Ambulatory Advanced Scheduler and will demonstrate a proficiency to join the administrative team. A minimum of 2 years' experience in an office setting is required. Applicants must submit an updated resume and cover letter for consideration

Preferred Qualifications:

Post-Secondary Education (certificate or diploma) in office technology or administrative assistance/management. Minimum of 2 years' experience working in Addiction and Mental Health.
