Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

EMR proficiency with Meditech is required. Advanced knowledge of various computer applications including basic word processing, data entry, email, and internet access is required. Timekeeping, minute taking and file management, including offsiting skills, are required. The candidate must be able to push, pull, and lift at least 25 pounds. Possessing the ability to be self-directed and work independently and as part of a collaborative team is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Office Management. Minimum 2 years’ experience working in Connect Care and Meditech is considered an asset. Front reception experience with a minimum of three years administrative exposure in a health services setting.
