Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Excellent communication, telephone, and organizational skills. The successful candidate must be able to lift, move and transport at least 20 pounds of equipment. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required. Proficiency in the use of the Meditech system is required. Recent experience (within the past two years) in Public Health is required.
Preferred Qualifications:The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, demonstrate professional image, exceptional customer service ability, be a strong team player, and be flexible with the ability to adapt to change. Successful completion of a post-secondary secretarial or administrative support certificate from an accredited business school/college.
