Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years administrative support experience required with minimum of 2 years’ experience specific to health care environment. Must be within a team and role of similar size and Complexity. Experience working with Meditech required, specifically experience in community Wide Scheduling (CWS), AND ORDER entry (OE), ELECTRONIC Medical Record (EMR) and Personalized Care System (PCS). Strong skills with Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook required. Must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and exceptional multi-tasking skills Strong Time Management skills, including prioritization. Strong organizational skills and minute taking skills. Must work well in a team environment and include good interpersonal skill, conflict resolution skills and team building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Awareness of what chronic disease management encompasses, as it relates to what the Alberta healthy Living Program offers.
