Your Opportunity:

The Administrative Support III will be a member of a primary health care team, responsible for clerical and receptionist duties including greeting clients at the health centre or at an outreach site, switchboard, booking appointments, weighing and measuring babies, data entry/word processing, records management, stats collection, supply ordering and other related clerical duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Excellent communication, telephone and organizational skills are required. Must have a positive attitude, demonstrate a professional image, exceptional customer service ability, be a strong team player, a problem solver and be flexible with ability to adapt to change. Proficiency in various computer applications including word processing, data entry, email, and internet access are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of a post-secondary secretarial or administrative support certificate from a recognized business school/college is preferred. Recent experience in this position or two years recent secretarial/reception experience is an asset. Experience in Meditech an asset.
