Administrative Support II
Your Opportunity:
As an Administrative Support II, you will carry out administrative activities in support of departments/programs, the interdisciplinary team and/or other stakeholders. Your key responsibilities can include answering and directing telephone calls, greeting and directing incoming visitors, responding to basic operational inquiries, maintaining files and other department documents and entering and updating data in information systems.
