Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to demonstrate excellent English comprehension in reading, writing, and understanding required. Ability to consistently demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and provision of customer service. Proficient in Medical Terminology, understanding of diets and dietary products, office procedures, and computer applications in a Windows NT environment, including CBORD, RIMD, word processing, and spreadsheets. A minimum of 18 months of related clerical experience is required. Must be able to “type” 35 wpm. Completion of courses in or related to Patient Food Services is an asset.
