Grade 12 High School Diploma required. Post secondary education as applicable to the role. Administrative support experience within the last 2 years.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Will demonstrate expertise in: MS office software, including Visio, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, AHS Sharepoint and virtual platforms including Zoom and Teams. Proven exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Medical terminology course, post-secondary Unit Clerk or Medical Office Assistant course. Experience interacting provincially within a complex organization. A working knowledge of: Alberta Health Services systems and processes. General office policies and procedures including, but not limited to, financial policies, electronic invoices, and expense claims systems (Markview and iExpense), epeople, Freedom of Information and Privacy (FOIP), human resources.
