The Administrative Assistant works within established procedures and defined standards of practice, often having to apply innovation and system analysis to select the appropriate course of action. The incumbent must possess a record of accomplishment in the following areas: Post-secondary education or a combination of education and progressively responsible and diverse experience in an administrative role. Strong oral and written communication skills. Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office Suite. The incumbent must possess skills in: Planning and prioritization techniques. Organization and time management to effectively address competing demands and manage flow of information. Strong critical thinking skills. Ability to present information in a clear, concise manner. CSAMH is a virtual team with members in offices across the province – the Administrative Support should understand virtual teams and how best to perform in a virtual environment.
