Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:Two to five years of progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably in a pharmacy-related setting. Minimum of two years of experience with ePeople time management and RMS recruiting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including grammar, spelling, proofreading, and editing) and interpersonal skills required. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Schedule+) required. Working knowledge of pharmacy/medical terminology and mathematical calculations required. Typing speed of 50 wpm. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision is required.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting pharmacy programs preferred. Experience with VAX computer system and QuickBooks preferred. Experience with SharePoint and records management is an asset.
