High School Diploma. One year related experience performing complex administration tasks (preferably in a healthcare related field). Responsive to client needs, have the ability to operate with a sense of urgency. Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills. Professional decorum is mandatory both with internal and external communications. Self-Starter and works well in collaborative, team environment.
Additional Required Qualifications:Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent. Knowledge of reporting, SharePoint, strong knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel. Preference will be given to candidates with AHS experience. Secretarial/communications/customer care training would be an asset.
