Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Nursing or Health care associated degree. A minimum of post-secondary education in a health profession. Registered with an appropriate Alberta Regulated Health Profession. Demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Minimum of 5 years of acute healthcare experience in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Proven abilities in complex problem solving, concerns resolution, investigation, and negotiation. Experience in initiating and fostering positive relationships and partnerships. Demonstrate excellent communication skills including computer skills. Experience with teaching adult learners and preparing presentations.
