Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree in health care profession, or related field. A minimum of 5 years of documented familiarity with endoscopy procedures and/or processes. A minimum of 10 years of progressive and related experience in healthcare. Knowledge and demonstrated application of systems thinking, change management, leadership and quality improvement strategies. Proven ability to foster partnerships and collaboration amongst diverse internal and external stakeholders. Experience working within a health care organization of significant size, complexity and diversity with good knowledge of corporate culture and ability to assess any gaps against key organizational objectives. Equally comfortable working and communicating with physicians, nurses, administrative support staff and operational and clinical leaders. Effective leadership abilities combined with a strong commitment to operating within a team environment and the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals. Effective communicator with ability to relay or explain complex issues or difficulty situations, and to facilitate collaborative resolution Ability to utilize, communicate and manage data for process and quality improvement.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Solid understanding of change process and people implications. Interprets internal organization/external industry challenges and recommends best practices to improve processes or services. Significant experience in problem solving, concerns resolution, investigation, and negotiation. Team leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching and teaching, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influential skills, client focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services. Ability to develop and facilitate presentations to convey information or transfer knowledge. Broad experience in facilitation/coordination of project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Demonstrated ability to think systematically and critically. Ability to relay or explain complex issues or difficult situations. High level skills in negotiation, facilitation and conflict resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Connect Care Lumens application. Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders (physicians and physician office staff, Covenant Health). Motivated and adaptable team player with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
