A minimum Disability Management Diploma or equivalent education. Minimum two years’ experience in Case or Claims Management. Competence in Microsoft Office products and a good command of the English language is essential. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Facilitation and conflict management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
A related Degree from a post-secondary institution is preferred. Experience working in a health care setting, with large employers and in unionized environments is preferred.
