Completion of an accredited Medical Device Reprocessing (MDR) program. Completion of International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) certification or Central Service Association (CSA) certification.
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience leveraging technology in a professional environment. Training in the Scope process. Experience facilitating Adult education. Equipment experience with EPS Steris systems I. Additional Leadership courses or training. Minimum of 3 years recent Medical Device Reprocessing experience. Previous experience as a Working Lead, Adult Educator or related Trainer experience. Certificate in Sterile Processing or the equivalent. Working knowledge of the SPM Instrument Tracking System. Demonstrated experience with Scope processes. Working familiarity with operating room processes and procedures. Must be able to walk significant distances, stand, lift and transfer surgical equipment and carts during majority of a shift.
