Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. A minimum of 5 years of related health care experience and Management or managerial experience in large organizations preferably in health care environment. Completion of post-secondary degree/diploma is required, preferably in the areas of Business Commerce, Marketing, Operations Management, Environmental Sustainability or Environmental Studies. A minimum of five (5) years in a project management role ideally in health care or related industry in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Advanced software competency, like MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio) and Adobe Professional. Demonstrated experience in education and resource material development. Demonstrated experience in project planning, training, managing process improvement projects, implementation, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Proven ability in problem solving, issue resolution, investigation and negotiation. Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment. Ability to work with a high-level of independence. Experience in initiating and fostering positive relationships and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders. Ability to deal with highly complex or sensitive issues in a professional manner and in accordance with governing policies. Mediating diverse and conflicting stakeholder interests. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills and commitment to providing quality service. Experience and expertise in facilitating presentations to convey information or transfer/knowledge. Demonstrates the Acute ability to facilitate change. A strong knowledge of AHS systems and their service delivery models.


Preferred Qualifications:

Health care experience is an asset. Experience in Waste Management within health care or a related industry also an asset. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.
