Additional Required Qualifications:A minimum Post-secondary Degree in Volunteer Resources or Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Management in Human and Social Services. Volunteer Management Professionals of Canada membership is required. Supervisory experience is required. Exceptional communication skills, problem solving skills, and experience facilitating education and training to small and large groups is required. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development.
Preferred Qualifications:Equivalent combination of experience, education and training may be considered. Previous leadership experience of 3 - 5 years in a volunteer service environment with an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity is preferred (healthcare experience is an asset).
