Required Qualifications:

Current CARNA registration and Basic Cardiac Life Support are mandatory. A minimum of five years recent clinical experience in acute care pediatric nursing, and demonstrated evidence of leadership and supervisory skills are required. Key competencies include the ability to manage, delegate and prioritize work effectively. Ability to lead teams, promote collaboration, identify, and implement change and demonstrated ability to be creative and innovative through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must possess strong interpersonal skills in conflict resolution.

As Required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred; however, skills and experience relevant to nursing practice in community sector will be considered.
